Calzoncini pizza pockets

Ingredients
12 empanada disks*
12 slices ham
200g mozzarella cheese (grated or cut into little cubes)
6 Tbs of tomato sauce
1 Tbs olive oil
Method

Lay your empanada disks as per picture;
Wrap up a little spoon of mozzarella in a ham slice;
Place the ham and cheese roll on top of the empanada disk then fold the dough over and seal it with the help of a fork;
Brush with a little olive oil;
Bake at 190C for 3 minutes, then lower the temperature down to 180C and bake for additional 5 minutes;
Turn your pizza pocket and bake for 8 more minutes;
Place a spoon of tomato sauce on top of each empanada then top with mozzarella cheese;
Bake for 3 more minutes and they're ready to serve!
