Crustless quiche cups

Ingredients:
6 eggs
3/4 cup of sour cream (use the same amount of milk or greek yogurt for a healthier option)
12 Tbsp of shredded mozzarella cheese
6 spoons of Parmesan cheese
3 slices of ham (cut into halves)
salt
pepper
a branch of chopper parsley
Method:


Place your ham slices into a greased muffin tin (see picture for details);
In a bowl beat the eggs with sour cream quickly;
Add salt and pepper to taste
Fill each "ham crust" with a spoon of cheese, then add in the egg mix;
Top with parsley and Parmesan;
Cook at 180 Celsius for around 30 minutes or until golden.
