Zucchini & Goat cheese crumble

Ingredients
4 zucchini
1 or 2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
140g goat cheese
150g flour
150g Parmesan cheese
125g butter
Method
Slice and cook the zucchini in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and a cuple of garlic cloves until they release no more water;
Add salt and pepper to taste and let cool;
In a bowl mix the flour, Parmesan cheese and butter with a fork until crumbles form;
Layer the cooked zucchini in an oven-proof dish, top them with goat cheese and dough crumbles;
Bake at 190 C for 20/25 mins (you may broil it for a couple of minutes to get a nice crust).
